"This song pretty accurately describes some of my problematic relationship patterns and mental health issues. It was ironically totally stagnant for six months until I brought it to some buddies in Toronto, who helped me dig deeper for what it needed. While this tune takes on a pretty traditional-roots approach, it packs a punch for anyone battling their bad habits and demons within."
